Our Price Lists are issued for one whole calendar year and are quoted in EURO. All our invoices are in EURO.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Moravian Exports and their distributors offer a ‘Fair Trade Promise’. We will exchange or refund your purchase and will always respect your consumer rights.

Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival, your satisfaction is most important to us. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, please contact us immediately. We will need to see pictures of the demage or receive the demaged good back here.

Of course, we are unable to accept used or customer damaged items.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
